Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 3333b ("3333b", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 3333b online casino and sports betting platform, including all related products, games, services, and features accessible at https://3333b.io and its sub-domains or mobile counterparts.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 3333b features, including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on the 3333b platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

• Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

3333b reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion, pending the completion of a KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests withheld until identity verification is completed to 3333b's satisfaction. Standard identity documents accepted include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months as proof of address.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Betting & Gaming Rules

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except where explicitly stated within the applicable game rules.

• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change.
• Live in-play cricket betting is available for eligible BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In-play markets may be suspended without notice during critical match events.

All random number generator (RNG) outcomes for slots, table games, and virtual sports are certified by independent testing laboratories. Game results are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by the player or by any system external to the certified game engine.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions without first contacting 3333b support to resolve the matter.

Responsible Gaming

3333b is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. 3333b's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 3333b account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
